Breakfast Idea #1

How ironic, I'm posting something about breakfast and it's almost bedtime..

Anyhow, this is one of my many ideas for a yummy healthy breakfast. I actually haven't had it like this in quite a while because I've been doing it with yogurt instead of milk, but I'll probably do a post about that another time.

This is pretty much a homemade müsli mixture containing steel cut oats, milk (sometimes soy, other times regular), pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, a Tbsp of maple syrup and some blueberries. I don't add fresh fruit all the time since I just don't have it at home every single day but if I do, I add some. I prefer berries because their so easy to add in the morning.
This is not only really healthy but I actually find it extremely tasty.
